The hotel room was clean and comfortable, so much so that the diesel truck noise didn’t disturb my sleep. I loved being on the main floor with easy access to a lawn for my dog. However, facing the courtyard wasn't as scenic as I hoped for.
The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, close to a mall, Costco, and restaurants. The rooms are nicely furnished with a light that automatically turns on in the bathroom, but the chlorine smell was noticeable. The service, while focused on providing the best service despite being busy and stressed, had an issue with processing credit card information. The location is great for access to shopping centers and restaurants but requires some maintenance for the upper walls and ceiling. The dining options are not complimentary but reasonably priced with a variety of choices.
I was thrilled with the hotel's convenient location close to all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable. However, the unavailability of the complimentary breakfast advertised online was disappointing. The service from the friendly staff uplifted our experience, but the peeling paint in some areas hinted at necessary maintenance.
